I am pleased to submit to you the Annual Report of the British Columbia Ferries Commissioner (“commissioner”) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020. As required by Section 53 of the Coastal Ferry Act (the “Act”), the Annual Report sets out briefly all applications and requests for decisions to the commissioner, all orders issued by the commissioner, the financial statements applicable to the office of the commissioner for fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 along with disclosure of the expenses of, and associated with, the office of the commissioner.
