The Commission is responsible for holding BC Ferries accountable. As such, we ensure that the weighted average fares stay within the price cap, that BC Ferries performs its obligations under the Coastal Ferry Services Contract and the Coastal Ferry Act, that customer feedback reports are published as ordered, and that the ferry operator complies with all other orders issued.
