Customer Complaint Process Approval
BC Ferries’ customer complaint process outlines the steps a customer should take to submit a complaint. This process must be approved by the BC Ferry Commission. While the Commission approves BC Ferries’ customer complaint process, we don’t handle day-to-day complaints. Customers can, however, appeal to us if an issue has not been resolved to their satisfaction.
